# WP-PIZZA Support Request

 * Hi Team,
    Request your kind support.I have implemented wp-pizza for an online
   restaurant system for one of my client(The URL is attached in link).The website
   is not going live as wp-pizza is not accepting any order when the website is 
   being browsed using a mobile device but the ordering system is working fine with
   desktop ordering though.Could you please advice what could be the cause and possible
   solution/work around for this problem.
 * I have tried with 2 different theme but with no luck.

 * looks to me like you did not enable any of the gateways under wppizza->gateways
 * actually , i take that back . you just had a high minimum order.
 * so, going to your order page , you seem to be missing the shortcode on there ?

 * i would also suggest you turn all caching plugins off (as well as cdn’s etc) 
   to find out whether your issue is there somewhere and to be able to narrow it
   down somewhat first of all
 * i cannot actually tell you anything else here as you require people to register
   on your site before being able to order (for unknown reasons)
    and when i actually
   did try to register , it did not work and i cannot log in so have no access to
   the order page….

 * Seems to be some weird issue with my mobile phone as I am also able to order 
   by using a different mobile phone. So seems to be fine. Many Thanks for your
