wp paginate

I’m using a Mantra theme. I’ve installed post pagination but I’d like to install previous page – next page links for my parent pages. I’ve got Ambrosite plug in installed but I don’t know how to use it. Is there a fairly simple way to put these links into my site? http://www.caringisorganic.com.
