wp-pagenavi only showing the same blog page

    Hello
    I an using wp-pagenavi plugin on my blog to paginate posts
    but it only showing the same page of posts

    when I click the next page it does not show the next posts
    but keeps the first page of posts
    no navigation.

    what should I do, please?
