WP-Page Navi Can't get page navi to display | WordPress.org

I can’t seem to get get the Plugin WP-Page Navi to display the navigation links on my blog. I am running a child-theme of tentyten. There is a fix posted on the Plugin’s web site, which I tried which does not work and I was looking for some alternative solutions.

where did you try to add the ‘wp-pagenavi’ code?

i personally would add it in loop.php:

I put the code in index.php like the fix said. I will put it in loop.php as you suggested. I will let you know if we are successful.

It did not work putting the code into loop.php. Then again, I am not a programmer so I am not sure if I put it in correctly. I put the line of code under the last loop that puts “older comments” and “newer comments” .

can you paste the code of loop.php of your theme into a http://pastebin.com/ and post the link to it here?

Thank you very much for all of your help. I found another plugin called Wp-Paginate that I was able to install and works. But curiosity sake and for others who are reading this thread, I will post the code as you requested.
