   To start with, please confirm what the log settings at WPO > Settings > Logging
   settings is currently set to. You can send a screenshot.

 * Its blank. I had an email address and removed it.
   What started me looking was
   that WordPress advised me I had a large auto-loaded options (18megs)

 * So you used to have the log set to send to an email. If that’s the case, it explains
   the log being stored in the database as part of the mailing process.
 * You can try removing the wp-optimize-updraft_mail_logger_log entry from the wp-
   options table, since you no longer have the log set to deliver via email.
