WP notifications is failing

    I do not receive comments/trackbacks notifications; and the Contact Form 7 does not forward messages to the specified email. It saves messages with the “Contact Form 7 DB Extension” plugin into the db – so it’s not the plugin.

    What initialize WP to send notifications? Where should I start checking? Maybe there is a server issue?
