  • I know this problem has been repeatedly posted, but can’t seem to find any help.

I was (an am) having problems with mysql not closing connections with my previous shared host and I was booted for using HIGH CPU. Now that I’m on a VPS, I’ve gotta optimise the server.

I used mysqlturner and here’s what I got (partial pasted)

    [!!] Connections aborted: 28%

Your applications are not closing MySQL connections properly

Is there any way I can debug which plugin is actually causing problem, not closing connections?

  • You will have to deactivate all plugins and activate one at time and check your website and find the one causing the problem.

Wow, that would be tedious to go 1 by 1. Any way to enter a “debug” mode that can see this?

BTW, how do I know my statements are at SLEEP mode?
