 * I installed this plugin in a WP Network installation and network enabled it, 
   but it does not seem to appear in the network dashboard menu or in any of the
   sites dashboard menus.
 * Is this plugin supposed to support WP Network installations?

 * It shows up under the Updates -> Update Tester menu in Network Admin.

 * Ok, solved: I network activated the plugin and it is now visible in the Updates
   menu.
