  • it could be caused by your theme you have active does not include a standard comments.php file as this plugin just chainloads the comments.php from the theme so that native comments are styled correctly.

Check for that file insite the root of your WordPress theme’s or child theme’s directory and let me know what you find.

    Hi Brandon,

Thanks for the reply. I have a file (includes/comments.php) – this is the help note at the top. Let me know if you’d like to see more. I’d also be happy to let you in to the admin to asses the theme – it would be great to be able to use your plugin on this site. Ping me on G+ and I can set login details.

    Does this help?

    * The template for displaying Comments.
    *
    * The area of the page that contains both current comments
    * and the comment form. The actual display of comments is
    * handled by a callback which is
    * located in the loop-comments.php file.

nope that should give me plenty of info to get you fixed up, i’ll put a check in for it in both locations as well as an option in the admin pages to specify it manually too.

Thanks and look for an update soon that will fix ya up.
