Yes, our plugin works on WordPress Multi-site. You just need to activate it on the main network and then on every site you can set different settings for our plugin.

I have the multisite setup via subdirectories and each site is a separate subdirectory.
Can I manage then each site in mailchimp separately? As every site has different language set.

The plugin should work in any multisite setup, and besides the license key (in case you use the Premium add-on) settings are per sub-site.

No, you need only 1 license per WordPress installation, so only 1 license for the whole multi-site setup.
