 * Hi!
    I have a portuguese WP website and i was wondering to make available in 
   english. What’s the best way to do it?
 * Should the URL structure be like ‘www.mysite.com/pt’ and ‘www.mysite.com/eng’?
 * Do i need a special configuration or plugin for building a bi-lingual site?
 * What about SEO? How can i not be penalized by the search engines with duplicate
   content issues?
