Hi @maurotee,
Apologize for the delay. Any inconsistency like the one you described can be somehow cache-related if you have a cache plugin.
I tried to replicated by pressing the logo but it always loads the homepage without any issues.
By the way, your implementation of WP Mobile Menu looks really great.
Any chance I can showcase it on our site?

I have the same problem. Sometimes the entire banner is missing. Than suddenly it appears back. I tried to delete cache and it did not help.
Hi @perties,
Can you explain further the issue you are facing and also the site URL where it’s happening?
If possible open your own ticket so the original author of this topic won’t be notified of our replies.
Thanks
Hi Rui,
thanks for your reply, when you replied to me, the issue seems to be solved.
Unfortunately, now, at the first open the website at the link mentioned above appear the theme default header. When you go to navigate in other pages the mobile menu start to work.
As I explained before, it is a random problem.
Any other suggestion?
After this solution i will ask to my client the “approval for pubblication” on your website.
Hi @maurotee,
Sorry for my delay, I didn’t saw your reply earlier.
Are you still experiencing the issue?
Can you confirm that you have a cache plugin?
Thanks
Will close the topic for now. Let me know if necessary.
Hi Rui,
apologize for my late answer.
The issue appears again, randomly.
Is there any incompatibility with the 5.8.0 WP version?
Any other solution?
At this moment the menu works on subpages but it doesn’t work on the homepage as well.
Hi @maurotee,
If it is something randomly according to my experience it is a cache issue.
What cache mechanisms are you using on that site?
Will close the topic for now.
