We have a woocommerce store with 5 domains, running WPML, each language has own domain, and we have multiple menus for each language. Normally menus are all visible on all frontends for all domains, but when redis caches most of the sites, I go to /wp-admin/nav-menus.php to edit a menu but the primary menu in default language is not there and it says to Create your first menu. In the same time, menu is visible on the frontend, with some issues though – some links are broken or linked to other pages.

I tried to flush the redis cache, and after that, menu in admin is visible and works as should, also on the frontend side, all links in menu are working correctly.

Problem occurs again after few minutes, when redis has cached most of the pages.

Any ideas how to solve it?

I’d ask the WPML team they know their object caching support the best.
