Hi,
I’m sorry, this is something not implemented yet. You can exclude the WooCommerce Cart, Shop, Check out or My Account from cache currently.
Regards,
Thanks, I must say Speed of Light is making my websites really fast, however, this is a problem for some of my sites. Another problem is that I can’t exclude Speed of Light from caching the Wptouch mobile website which means desktop users can get the mobile website on their screen.
Is there a fix for that? If there is it means I can keep using Speed of Light at least on some of the websites.
Hi,
Thanks for your kind trust in our plugin.
Could you send us your URL of your website where the issue occur? Or could you create a free account, so we can take a look at that.
Regards,
Sorry for the slow reply. I use another plugin at the moment for caching. Thanks for your replies!
Ok thanks for your feedback, does it solve your problem? Which one is it? We would like to solve this anyway 🙂
I use WP Fastest Cache at the moment. It solves the problem, but I mainly use it because it has precaching / preloading.
I got the problem incidentally and it was ‘solved’ by emptying the cache.
OK got it, if it’s AJAX cart update you shouldn’t have problem and if it’s not the cart page is excluded by default from the cache system.
Last question if I may 🙂 the theme is this one, right? https://siteorigin.com/theme/vantage/
Cheers,
The weird thing is that the shopping cart plugin I formerly used ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-menu-bar-cart/ ) has a Ajax cart update feature, but that didn’t make any difference. The cart updated when I added a product, but on every other page (which was cached before) the old amount of products (and old price) showed.
I’m not sure what was of updating the other plugins I tried used:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-cart-tab/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/markeking-floating-cart/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-floating-minicart/
OK thanks a lot for your info, we’ll check that.
