# WP-Members plugin

 * This may be a stupid question but…I have installed and activated the WP-Members
   plugin. Currently, I don’t want to use it to block pages of the site, but instead
   to simply have a registration page for members to sign up and get info about 
   them. How do I get the registration page to appear on my site? Thanks.

 * WordPress has a registration page/feature by default. It’s possible that either
   you have “Anyone can register” turned off in your Options/General tab, or your
   template is missing the [bit of code](http://codex.wordpress.org/Good_Navigation_Links#Admin_or_Meta)
   needed for visitors to access it.
 * WP register links are (as far as I know) always YOUR_BLOG_URL/wp-register.php

 * Yeah but the information you can capture in the default registration is limited…
   which is why I’m guessing jordo is using the plugin to begin with…

 * I understand what Jordo is talking about and unfortunately, that’s not what WP-
   Members was designed for. It was specifically to run a “members only” site where
   the user must be logged in (or invited to register) before viewing content.
 * There will be a separate registration page in future versions and there is an“
   unblock” feature in the upcoming release of 2.0 but that is on a post by post
   basis. There might be a way for me to make that global so you could just use 
   the registration features, but I’ll have to noodle on that.
