WP-Members not save new changes to fields and my account page of woocommerce bug

    Today, I found that the my account registration page http://www.moralebiz.com.au/my-account-2/ had some fields such as address, phone, country and so on still exist although I deleted WP-Members Membership Plugin. And all these extra fields are not valid to register, only email information will be registered, other information is useless and does not record. You can have a test with it.

    This problem happens just after I installed and activated WP-Members Membership Plugin today and then I found WP-Members Membership Plugin does not save the change that I made to the fields, so I had deleted WP-Members Membership Plugin. But after this plugin has deleted, the my account page of woocommerce still exists with fields that previously does not exist. I had tried to use UpdraftPlus WordPress Backup Plugin to restored my previous backups but it still remains the same problem with the my account page.

    As this problem occurs only just after I installed and deleted WP-Members Membership Plugin, and I have done nothing other than this. I hope to know whether you can help me with this, and why I cannot save my changes of field when using WP-Members Membership Plugin? How can I ensure the my account page changes back to what it is as normal?

    My actions after installed WP-Members Membership Plugin:
    Installed WP-Members Membership Plugin, activated WP-Members Membership Plugin, set the login, register page to My Account page (of WooCommerce), tried to save the changed field but failed, deleted the WP-Members Membership Plugin. Found My Account page still keep the wrong fields and these wrong fields are not working and are not keep any recording or registration except email field.

    Fields are added by hooking to a WP action in the form generation process. Once you deactivate WP-Members, that hooked function can no longer be triggered. So there simply is no way for it to add fields to any forms at that point. I would suspect that you have a cache plugin and have not cleared the cache after deactivating the plugin.

    Thanks Chad, the problem has solved.
    Actually I think WP-Members Membership Plugin is really good. I think I will use it for the other website.
