    The plugin’s form layout is pretty extensible. Easiest to work with is CSS, although if you need to implement custom HTML markup that is possible as well.

    There are several stylesheets included with the plugin, but ideally you would create a custom stylesheet to emulate your theme’s styles (and if there are form style elements already in your theme, which for comment forms there undoubtedly are, sometimes loading no stylesheet for the plugin is a good place to start).
