wp-mail.php Not Sending Mail

    Hi. I’ve got WordPress installed on a Win 2k3 IIS server. Everything seems to work, except no one gets a mail message when registering. In fact, no mail messages seem to be going anywhere. I would guess this means wp-mail.php isn’t doing its job. How can I verify this?
