• Hi,

I am using the WP Mail SMTP plugin to send a contact form from a client’s. The issue is that when Wordfence sends out an email with updates etc the client is also getting a copy of this rather than just me, the site admin. Is there a way to stop that from happening?

    Cheers

  • I believe that the only place we get emails to send to (which are sent from the client’s web server, not ours) is on the Wordfence Dashboard > Global Options page in the General Wordfence Options section. Look for “Where to email alerts”. Multiple email addresses can be added by separating them with a comma so you might check to see that you didn’t overlook the client’s email there.

    Hi Tim

Strange one. I use Wordfence on all of my sites and normally it is only me that gets notification from the Wordfence. There is only one email address added and my client’s email isn’t listed, so not sure how they are getting it!
