 * I messed up my .htaccess I was able to fix it so my pages work but now whenever
   I attempt to log in it puts me into a loop where wp-login.php redirects me to
   wp-admin and then wp-admin back because it doesn’t think I am logged in.

 * If it’s really your .htaccess file doing it, rename or move that file to somewhere
   off your web server and log in again.
 * Once you are logged in, reset your permalinks. That should create a new default.
   htaccess file for you. Once that’s done carefully re-add any of your .htaccess
   customizations.
