wp-login.php is empty
-
Network Solutions migrated my blog to v2.5.1. We have been experiencing several problems since, most critical of which is that there is no way to login. When the login link in the sidebar is clicked, the file is found, but the screen is blank (there is nothing within the body tags!) Tech Support believes something is preventing the includes from being accessed – sounds reasonable, but they don’t know what to do about it.
When I go to the NetworkSolutions Acct Manager to access WordPress (<acct mg><web hosting><toolbox><wordpress), the same problem occurs. All of the links (change password, edit blog, etc) all show the proper file in the URL field, but the html page is blank (nothing between the body tags).
I has been several days and my hope for a Network Solutions Tech Support problem fix is minimal. Does anyone recognize the problem and have suggestions?
Thank you.
