# WP Login Problem

 * I re-did my template, and after installing it, I get this error:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_login() in /home/boredboa/wwwroot/
   boredboards.com/blog/wordpress/wp-admin/auth.php on line 4
 * That comes up when I try to go directly to the ACP.
 * When I click Login, I get this error:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_login() in /home/boredboa/wwwroot/
   boredboards.com/blog/wordpress/wp-login.php on line 164
 * Any ideas what’s wrong and what to do to fix it?

 * Have you tried clearing your cookies and cache? Give that a try…worth a shot 
   and easy enough to do.

 * Try uploading the wp-login.php file, and /wp-admin/auth.php after fetching a 
   new copy of the version you installed. It is possible that those files got corrupted,
   or weren’t uploaded properly.

 * I already did that. I’ll try again though.

 * Nope. Is it possible I accidentally removed something important when I redid 
   the template? I changed index.php and wp-comments.php.

 * It is possible you removed some php code, that “require”d or “include”d other
   files, like wp-settings.php.
 * Compare your file with a default index.php and make sure all the “require” and“
   include” lines are fine, and that you haven’t removed any lines that do not affect
   the styling you want to acheive.
