What happens?
Are you using any security plugins?
Hi,
Thank you for your answer.
Here are a few basic steps I tried:
0- I have tried Chrome and Firefox, have deleted the cookies and have tried using the safe mode. I use Adblock plugin.
1- It takes a while for this link to upload :
http://miluniel.com/wp-admin/
2- Once the page is loaded, I fill the form with the right username and password
3- It loads for a while, then the initial page appears again (no error message and the form is empty)
4- I tried “Lost your password and typed my e-mail address
5- I received the email and clicked on “Click here to reset your password”
6- I get send to my website with an error message “This key is invalid or has already been used. Please reset your password again if needed. ”
7- I’ve tried different things with a few people who were guiding me, nothing worked so far
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install “Health Check”: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for JUST you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site. You can then use its admin bar menu to turn on/off plugins and themes one at a time. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/ or https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ for more information.
