# wp localization problem with php 5

 * Hello!
    I noticed that the Arabic wordpress does not work well with php 5 . Even
   though the ar.mo file is in its correct place , and the following lines are in
   wp-config.php : define (‘WPLANG’, ‘ar’);
 * wp is working but in English instead of Arabic!
    the version i installed is 2.3.2
 * any suggestions plz ?

    I solved the problem . There seems to be a bug with php code in the 
   file gettext.php since a long time !
 * i wonder why this fix was not made in the recent wp updates !
