    Hi!

How are you importing jobs? Are you using a plugin to do so? If so, which one?

    Hi,
    I’m using the following:
    Listify theme
    WP Job Manager Plugin
    Regions för WP Job Manager
WP All Import – Listify Add on
    WP All Import

I am importing them in through a comma separated CSV file.

I think you’ll have to talk to the WP All Import authors, in this case. If a job is submitted in the front-end of the site, we do the geolocation, but it’s possible that it’s not being done properly through the import.

    Hi,
When I add it manually it gets imported correctly.

    See example here:
    Manuelly imported:
    https://friso***rverket.se/salong/bruksgatan-12-252-20-helsingborg-frisorklippet/

    Bulk imported:
    https://friso***rverket.se/salong/trend-harstudio/

    Remove the ***

Have you talked to WP All Import? Also, what do you mean “manually” versus “bulk”?

I have emailed them roughly a week ago but no answer so far unfortunately.

With bulk I mean – imported through WP ALL IMPORT Listify Add on CSV import
With Manually I mean – Through the theme, add listing.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, since this sounds like a problem with WP All Import, there’s nothing i can really do at this point. Still, I’ll leave this thread open for now; do let me know if they reply to you.

    Hi Richard,
It seems to be okay now, WP all import made a new beta version that seems to solve the problem.

    However:
    1. The site is really slow and it takes 6-7 seconds every time I load a page. Even after when I’ve been upgrading to 512 MB PHP memory and the page speed results looks okey on reports.

    2. How does the search function work? When I search for a region which have ie 11 entries – on the search results it only say “showing 8 results”

For exempel, region “ALVESTA” got 11 entries. Search result is pulling up 8 results. Why?

    https://friso***rverket.se/job-listings/?search_keywords=alvesta&search_radius=50&search_lat=0&search_lng=0&search_region=

    3. When working with the “listing widget” on front page theres a field that you can chose “listing regions”. You can then show specifik regions by putting in their “term IDs” but – how and where do I find the term id:s and how do you put them in?

Not sure whom Im suppose to contact regarding these issues.

    Hi!

The site is really slow and it takes 6-7 seconds every time I load a page.

Hmm, I’m unable to reproduce this. I clicked around several listings on the site, and it seemed fine to me. Is it only slow when you’re logged in? Maybe a plugin is doing something it shouldn’t be doing? II suggest you look into this using some special tools (helping you further with this is outside the scope I can provide):

    https://querymonitor.com/

I suggest you also search Google for things like “debugging slow WordPress”

How does the search function work? When I search for a region which have ie 11 entries – on the search results it only say “showing 8 results”

When working with the “listing widget” on front page theres a field that you can chose “listing regions”.

The WPJM Regions plugin isn’t made by us, so you’ll have to ask that plugin’s author for help in understanding how they get their results and how to use their widget:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-job-manager-locations/

At the same time, note that it hasn’t been updated in a long time, so that might be part of the problem.
