The server I am using comes with Cpanel. I uploaded and extracted the zip, created the mySQL database, changed wp-config.sample.php to wp-config.php and edited it to match the DB. Next step is "run wp-install.php in your browser". This is where I am stuck. Cpanel doesn't give me the option to run it just to show or edit (delete, copy, move) it. When i use the show option it shows what looks like code for a install wizard. Same with edit. I tried going from the link on the readme but it just gives me a "page can not be displayed" and directs me back to the main menu of Cpanel. I've googled it every way I can think of with no luck. Can anyone help me with this?

Cpanel won't actually execute a PHP script. I'll assume you installed it into something like yourhomedirectory/public_html/wordpress/
    So, you enter in http://www.yoursite.com/wordpress/wp-admin/wp-install.php
