WP Installed, but looks strange.

I’ve installed wordpress on an economy server package from Godaddy. The install went well after a few hiccups, but now I log in and it looks like this. How do I fix that?

Also, an unrelated problem; when I go to http://www.pagestopixels.com, it says the page can’t be found. However I put the wp files in my root directory. How do I specify the index and how do I get http://www.pagestopixels.com to lead to it?
