# wp-includes/capabilities.php Error

    New installation, 2.1.2 , at step 2 I get : Second Step Now we’re going
   to create the database tables and fill them with some default data.

 * Just saw this problem on a host, [http://www.edisc.co.za](http://www.edisc.co.za).
 * This particular host used the Helm control panel–under Website settings, I was
   able to change PHP from PHP5 to PHP4 and I got a good WordPress version 2.1.3
   install.
 * Interestingly, even trying to run a script with:
    `<?php phpinfo(); ?>`
 * failed using PHP5 on this host.
 * Also, this was a IIS based host plan.
 * Just for info here’s the phpinfo for that host’s PHP4:
 *     ```
       System 	Windows NT WIN8 5.2 build 3790
       Build Date 	Feb 28 2007 21:30:43
       Server API 	CGI/FastCGI
       Virtual Directory Support 	enabled
       Configuration File (php.ini) Path 	C:\Apps\php4\php.ini

 * Yes, I am using PHP5. I cant not change to PHP4 because I need it some other 
   domains I have.
    In fact I did not fixed it. I simple did nothing with the “error
   message”. I just ignored the message and I am using WordPress with no problems.
