 * Hello,
 * I am getting the following error: wp-includes/pluggable.php:170 being output 
   WP SMTP & Post SMTP.
 * I turned off all plugins and one by one activated. The error appeared again when
   enabling this. So I turned off. Messages disappeared and turned back on for a
   2nd-time error came back. So it’s definitely this plugin.
 *     ```
       wp_mail has been declared by another plugin or theme, so you won't be able to use Postman until the conflict is resolved.

       ```
   
 * Wordpress Version 5.3.2
    Image Tag Manager 1.4
 * Can you please help as I really love this plugin.
