There shouldn’t be an issue with a sub-folder WP install. What browser / environment are you testing in?

    Hi!
First, Thanks for this powerful plugin.
I think I’ve the same problem.
I’ve tried with a friend, on two pc’s with FF v35
and we can see our own face but not the other one.
    This the page I’ve made : http://www.fbnet.fr/tchat/
Is there someting to add with the [wpRTC] shortcode to see the both videos ?

    Thanks for your’ help!
    Regards

    Francois,

    Thanks for testing everything out!

I’m going to start working on v2 of the platform for both this free version and the pro version starting in April.

I will try to find time to do some debugging on the current build, but I think its an issue with the core framework / library powering it, so ideally I’d need to refactor to use another library/engine

    resolved

    Hello,

You said “Resolved”. However, the plugin was not update. I can also confirm that I can only see my webcam in Windows 8.1, Google Chrome Version 42.0.2311.90 m

If you resolved this issue, please push update.

Also, I would like to purchase the pro version (even if it’s buggy) to support your development. However, there is no option to do this on your website. Please advice.

    Thanks!

    The issue itself was resolved.

shoot me an email through my website – roysivan.com to get the current PRO version.

My latest plan is to not use SimpleWebRTC API any more, but use something a bit more stable and already more cross browser (for those that support it). The pro version will be revamped with that library first, then I will push the library to the this (free) version with limited functionality.

I emailed you. Looking forward to the pro version and your continued support. WebRTC is going to change a lot. You’re on the cutting edge of bringing it to the masses (wordpress)

    Thanks!

    unresolved substantially

Angel, Roy said there was a gap in development while he worked on the version 2. He said he would finish version 2 (pro) and THEN publish new updates (free). More specifically, it is resolved, but the resolution is not yet published. Let’s cut Roy some slack while he write code for us… for free.

Also, the “gap” above, was not entirely due to Roy. WebRTC is changing constantly, and he said there was an issue with APIs, etc., for which he solved internally. I look forward to those solutions.

Thank you namgis, very much appreciated.

v2 is started, not any code yet, but laying down some foundational thought in how I want to code it, and what tech I want to use to power it.

i’m hoping to have a beta of v2 available for testing within the next few weeks. I will post a link in the admin area with how you can help me by beta testing and/or contributing to it.

    Roy
