    Hi,

Have emailed several times over the past couple of days. Our site is currently unable to be updated to the latest version of Woocommerce, because the email we received from you for v2.9 of WP HTML Mail for Woo has no link in it for the download. Can you please check your email, and send us the link?

    Thanks.

  • Hey @shady4649
2.9 is already outdated. We released 2.9.0.4 a few days ago.
This update is critical because previous versions completely block the checkout in WooCommerce 3.6.4.
We already sent this update to all active license owners.
If you didn’t receive it please check your purchase confirmation, it may be older than a year and the license expired.
Owners of expired licenses will be informed tomorrow to purchase a new license for this important update.

    Hannes,

Thanks for finally responding to us. We have been emailing for 4 days about this issue with no response from you at all, until we put it in a public domain.

I might suggest that for customers that have paid you for a plugin, we might deserve a better response. IF the plugin is out of date and needs to be renewed, we cant do anything about that without being advised how to. And for you to tell us to wait another day???

Please work out your support and renewal system for paying customers, because we like the plugin, but the support is not keeping up.

I’ve answered all support emails in the last days although it’s been weekend and a national holiday because I know how important this situation can be for our customers. Either I didn’t receive your email or you didn’t receive my response.
I absolutely agree we have to improve our update and support system. Both are 99% ready to launch and will be available soon.

Thanks for your reply and understanding of the situation.

We really like the plugin, so we’re happy to hear you are improving the support process. Its critical to get timely responses when such an integral plugin is involved. Look forward to better support in future.
