wp-grins will only post one smiley

ive installed, and re-installed the wp-grins plugin dozens of times.. and i even re-installed wordpress.. but its still not working.

there is only one smiley showing up.. and its the regular 🙂

but i have alot installed.. and my vars.php has all of them set to be there.. but they arent there on my posting page, or comments.. only that one 🙂 … anyone know whats going on???
