WP Gallery Disappears when using WP Gallery Custom Links

    Hello I am currently using WP Gallery Custom Links, great plugin. However it is causing numerous errors with my WordPress, i.e, I am using it on a page, my gallery consist of over 400 photos, when I load the page it will load correct a few times, then I try a few minutes later and all the photos disappeared from the page however still there in edit mode. I also receive 502 errors on occasion, I talked with my with my server providers technicians and they confirmed its nothing on there end. Anyone know how to fix this?
