WP Forum on post, page goes blank, yet post is added

I’ve just installed the WP-Forum 2.4. After running through the setup, I put a couple of posts out there. I’ve found that on creating a new topics, and replying to a topic, the page simply goes blank. In the address bar, the browser is calling:

wp-content/plugins/wp-forum/wpf-insert.php?wpforumaction=viewtopic&t=1.00

Once I go back to the forum manually, I see that my reply has been made. However, for the average user, I can see that they would hit the back button in their browser, see their reply text in the box, and hit submit again, leading to mega duplication. No bueno.

Additionally, Fahlstad’s installation of the forum on his website is over run with spam bots, which doesn’t bode well. Anyone else run into this issue, or potentially have an alternative plugin suggestion which will integrate as smoothly into my native WP installation?

Oh, and sorry, I can’t provide a link, as this is being loaded into a production site, and I have the page set to private.

Same problem here. Whenever I modify from the dashboard, or add a post, I get a white page and it says “Done” at the bottom. I thought it was because I hadn’t upgraded in 2 years but when I went to 2.9.2 I had the same problems.
