I had opened this ticket under WP Forms support, but they said it should be addressed here.

    Here is their response:

Hey @scarpaweb – Thanks for contacting us!

Since the question relates to WP Mail SMTP plugin, when you have sometime, can you please create a ticket in the WP Mail SMTP forum and the team will assist you with the issue you’re facing? In the meantime, you can take a look at the troubleshooting guide for some possible solutions.

    Ticket:

Good morning, I have a simple contact form and I am using WP SMTP Mail. I also created a TXT _dname record in my hosting account

The form appears to work successfully, and the SMTP test email shows success, but no notifications are received. I even added a contact record in email to make sure to bypass spam.

I use WP Forms as a default for all my projects and have never seen this before.

    Help!`

    Hi @scarpaweb,

Thanks for reaching out! First of all, please get in touch with your email provider and confirm your SMTP configurations.

You can also send a test email to this online tool to check your email deliverability. Based on the report, you can request your hosting/email support to adjust your SPF, and DKIM records.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
