 * Using Version 1.5.3.1
    Form works great and notification is being sent. But there
   is weird behavior. I have the form notification set up to send email to 3 (comma
   separated) email addresses. Three emails get sent out but they all get delivered
   to the first email address on the list. Any thoughts on how to correct this?
   THanks!

 * Hi sharonf,
 * I’m sorry to hear you’re running into issues with email delivery!
 * This is unfortunately getting to be a more and more common issue. The main root
   cause is the rise in spam emails — as spamming becomes more common and more clever,
   email providers are adding increasingly strict measures to prevent that spam
   from reaching their users’ inboxes. The side effect, though, is that sometimes
   legitimate emails get filtered out too (either sent to a spam box or not delivered
   at all).
 * This can behave very differently for different email providers, or even just
   different email addresses using the same email provider.
 * The good news, though, is that we know how you can get around this issue — setting
   up SMTP on your website. We’ve shared all the details, including our specific
   SMTP recommendations (and links to step-by-step setup tutorials) in [this article](https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-fix-wordpress-contact-form-not-sending-email-with-smtp/).
 * I hope this helps! 🙂

 * Thanks so much for the reply! Actually, I have SMTP set up on the website and
   emails are being sent. The issue is that when I have set the send-to to be more
   than one email (say I want the notification to be sent to 3 emails) then the
   FIRST address gets all three emails. If I have 4 addresses to be notified then
   the first address gets 4 emails. I hope this makes the problem clearer now! Thanks!

 * Hi sharonf,
 * Thanks for letting us know.
 * The issue you’ve described is due to a bug in WP Mail SMTP version 1.5.0. When
   you update the WP Mail SMTP plugin to its latest version (currently this is 1.5.2),
   this should resolve the issue.
 * I hope this helps 🙂
