WP Fastest Cache DOES NOT Use advanced-cache.php

    Not a bug but just wanted to let everyone know that the WP Fastest Cache plugin does not use advanced-cache.php file at all, however, it has a lot of the same functionality that LSCWP has. With that, here's a screenshot of my LSCWP optimize settings tab. The only options I’ve enabled are HTTP/2 Push and CSS async.

    The reason why I’m using WPFC and not just LSCWP is due to our host’s current LiteSpeed server settings in conjunction with their Redis object cache integration, particularly with stale cache being served (even though browser caching’s disabled and countless purges don’t fix the issue).

    Could you please provide more detail information about

    particularly with stale cache being served (even though browser caching’s disabled and countless purges don’t fix the issue).

    A primary example would be the times when updating an uncached widget and pressing save didn’t update the widget and instead just returned stale data and content.

    Often times, our writers will write stories from abroad and the city they’re in will have a ñ character in its name (e.g. São Paulo, BRA). Because of that character, upon pressing the publish or update button, no changes would actually get saved. It took me WEEKS of trial and error to finally find that error.

    Hi,

    For widget , you could try set it as ESI block widget , this block can be set as no-cache, private or public cache , or different TTL as you wish.

    I just tested with Spanish which contains “ñ” which works without issue.

    We’d like to ask you to provide more detail about the both issues so we can check and fix it.
