The plugin conflicts with WP External Links by removing external links markings and icons.
Has anyone managed to solve this problem?

    1. Please confirm this is the plugin you are using.

Thanks for your patience on this. I’ve tested the same External Links plugin and I’ve been unable to recreate the same issue, including with icons and additional configurations.

As I can see you’re using an optimisation plugin that features minification and combining of assets please share whether the same issue persists after following the steps below, which will temporarily deactivate all plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme – for you only, as a logged in user:

    1. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    2. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    3. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google” and also your External Links plugin
    4. Visit your site once more and check for the same issue/li>

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

@zaqdesigner since we have not heard from you, I will mark your topic as resolved. If you need further help, please open a new support topic.
