 * The following file was not found. Please make sure the file exists and has write
   permissions: `/var/www/htdocs/.htaccess`
 * Warning!
 * The following file was not found. Please make sure the file exists and has write
   permissions: `/var/www/htdocs/.user.ini`
 * We’re hosting with WPEngine who advised the following:
 * “The .htaccess file is no longer supported on the platform, and the other file
   would be a non-standard wordpress file, so you’d need to reach out to the plugin
   developers regarding those errors, to see if they have any workarounds for using
   the plugins on WP Engine.”
 * Can you help please?
