WP Engine 404 Errors

Hello,
I’m working on an intranet and the site is currently on a wpengine staging URL so the client can review it. Let’s call it the url:

xyz.wpengine.com

I’m uploading and creating documents seemingly fine but when I attempt to view them I get a 404, here is a screenshot of the error:

In case it is related, I am using Advanced Access Manager as well on the site.
