 * If you are going to change any of the files in that list in the Advanced Theme
   Settings box then you will want to move then to your active themes folder or 
   you will lose any changes if you do an upgrade.
 * If you are not going to change any of these files then you can click the Ignore
   and Remove this box link and it will go away.
