WP e-commerce: Formatting issues on Checkout Page

I’m having some issues with the checkout page. It doesn’t seem to be accurately reflecting what I have on my checkout options in the wp e-commerce options (the list of fields).

For example, things are not in the same order as they are on the options, and fields have preset data in them, which does not disappear upon clicking the field. It’s as if it’s getting that preset data from somewhere, and I don’t know where from.

I should also mention that the checkout page fields seem to be centered, which makes the whole page look weird an unaligned. There must be somewhere to control all this that I’m missing.

Can someone help me out?
