    Hello there,

    How can we do SEO to the Recipe Directory Section (domain.com/recipe). Because only url, is not a page.

    How can we set the Title, Description part when it is indexed in Google. Seo plugins cannot give SEO title and description to URL as much as I know.

    Thank You

    Hi,
    @wpdelicious

    Thank you for your answer.

    1) Ok for Recipe Base✔️

    But;

    The same is true for Category Basics, Cooking Methods Foundation, Kitchen Basics.

    So did you apply the same process to them?

    2) And if a recipe appears in many categories and the category is indexed, does google count copy content

    Thank You

    Hi @muhittinsahilli,

    Yes, you will be able to add the meta description for them as well.

    No, it doesn’t consider them as duplicate content even if your recipes appear multiple times. It flags as duplicate only when you have created the recipes/posts/pages with the same content.

    Hello,
    @wpdelicious

    Thank you very much for fulfilling my request.

    But I could not see where it was.

    Could you please show it with a screenshot?

    Hi @muhittinsahilli,

    The settings are available in the SEO plugin. Here’s the screenshot from RankMath Plugin – https://prnt.sc/11oxiqw

    Now, you can add the SEO description within the recipe posts as well.

    Hi,
    @wpdelicious

    Thank you very much for your reply and screen shot.

    When I write the title of the recipe archive;

    Will the same title and description not appear on the recipe basis, recipe category basis, recipe cooking method base pages?

    Shouldn’t a separate section be made for each one?

    thank you

    Hi @muhittinsahilli,

    Can you please share your website URL and process you are doing to add the SEO description?

    For Recipe Taxonomies like Recipe Courses, Recipe Keys, etc, you need to add the SEO information for the pages where you have assigned these templates.

    Hi,
    @wpdelicious

    I am very sad🙏

    I got it with this article.

    The SEO settings for domain.com/recipe came in the update. For others, SEO is applied to that page by creating a page and choosing a template.

    That’s why we are applying seo for the new feature domain.com/recipe in the update.

    Did I get right?

    I’m sorry to take most of your time.

    I am thankful to you.

    Thank you

    Hi @muhittinsahilli,

    Yes, you got it right. The SEO information can be set for the recipe index page from the SEO plugin settings where it shows the archive settings.

    For the rest of the pages and recipes, the settings are available while you edit them.

    If you face any issues or have questions, please let us know.
