WP database error when a user is trying to sign in

    Hi Team

    I have a premium version installed and currently facing an issue.

    We are testing our new forum capabilities and found that when a guest-author tries to fill up a form hits “Post Answer” we see 4 different database errors, all via Cleantalk. Can you please help us fix this?
