You should open file wp-config.php in the WordPress’s root folder and place this string: * **define(‘SPBC_ALLOW_COMPLETE_DEACTIVATION’, true);** above this one: **/\* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. \*/** * Mark it, save settings and then deactivate the plugin and activate plugin one more time. This will delete all CleanTalk’s data from WordPress database (All logs will be sent to the CleanTalk’s cloud when you press save settings, so you will not lose any data).
