   I’m having a problem with Forms and Template.I explain: I have 
   3 TablesSort-Voy :
    - Name Sort-Voy (Key)
    - Date
    - Number of participants
      Coded :
    - Sort-Voy code
    - Name Code (Key)
      Participant list :
    - Participant Code (Key)
    - -Name
    - -Phone
    - E-mail
      The expected result would be to have :
    - The name Sort-Voy
    - the list of participants

      andName Code=Participant Codeexample :Sort-Voy= Chambord – Date=2024/05/26–
