    Hello,

    I am using the $5/month Hosting Anti-Spam service (via IP address): On the site that I’m having the following problem, I have installed the latest version of your plugin, and I signed up for a personal key (using a different email address from the paid account), saved the key in the settings, and enabled the Anti-Spam Firewall.

    On the WP Dashboard, under the CleanTalk Anti-Spam Statistics, there is still a red button that says “Activate”. I’m afraid my client my click that button, which triggers auto-registration through a different email, and also changes the key. We use the same WP admin email address across all client sites, so this will cause problems.

    Please help. Thank you.

    Are you working under WordPress Multi Site?

    Any way you will not be able to view the statistics if you don’t have access key. And i think we’ll hide the statistics if you running hosting tariff.
    Any way i’m asking you to create a support ticket in our system, so we could identify your account.

    No statistics widget will be shown if the plugin running with IP license.

    Hello.

    We do have an access key saved on the site.

    We are not using multisite.

    So, will it still be possible to gather statistics on a per site basis using the IP license?

    Is it possible to have the stats widget used on a site with the IP license?

    Yes, it is possible.

    Basically, access key = log. Switch to your Anti-Spam Dashboard and add as many websites as you like. Each website will have its own access key. Put these keys to the CleanTalk plugin settings in each website respectively.

    After that you can see all Logs in your Anti-Spam Dashboard —> Log.

    For admin bar counter, there are options for it too:
    WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Secction “Admin bar”

    Hi. I still need help. We are subscribed to the “Hosting Anti-Spam”, and have our IP address configured.

    I would like to be able to be able to view stats for each site running on our IP. It doesn’t matter if they are all viewable in one place (i.e. our cleantalk.org account), or if they’re only viewable on each site in the WP Admin.

    When I switch to the “Hosting Anti-Spam” page under “Services”, there is no option to add another site, only another IP.

    When I switch to the “Anti-Spam” page under “Services”, there is an option to add another site, but only if I upgrade to another package.

    When I install the plugin on the sites, after the trial ends, I get nagged both via email and via the WP Admin, with messages saying the trial has ended.
