[wp-customer-reviews] All Reviews Gone After Database Backup

On my website at http://www.atsenvironmental.com/customer-reviews, using the Customer Reviews plugin, I had hundreds of reviews.
Recently, something went amiss with the site, meaning I cleared my SQL tables and uploaded a backup. I did not change anything in my ftp://, and I figured the Customer Reviews would be part of my SQL backup.
After having the site restored, all the reviews were completely gone. Has anyone experienced this issue in the past, and has any ideas on resolution?
