None of the scheduled events are executed.
Manually triggering http://example.com/wp-cron.php works.
I’ve installed the debug bar plugin and debug bar cron, and it says DOING_CRON is defined as true. I don’t think it’s defined by wp-cron.php, I removed the file and DOING_CRON is still defined as true, so I guess wp-cron.php isn’t executed because DOING_CRON was already defined?
The exact same setup works locally. The only installed plugins are W3TC, Debug Bar and Debug Bar Cron. W3TC isn’t installed locally, but deactivating it on the live website doesn’t change anything. Updated to 3.6, but didn’t work in 3.5.2 either.
