WP Cron and .xml generation

Hi there, I’m trying to generate xml feeds using “woo-product-feed-pro” plugin. But the feeds get stuck and I’m not sure if the “IP Location Block” plugin has some settings I have to change to bypass WP Cron jobs? Thanks
